Simple popart trick
trust me is simple. but I have not tried with other images, I hope this trick still works for all images.
step 1. filter > artistic > poster edge, look at the picture below
desaturate image press CTRL+SHIFT+U and setting level pres CTRL+L. look at picture below
copy layer CTRL+J and create dot effect filter > pixelate > color halftone
setting chanel 1 til 4 = 10
setting max radius = 8 adjust with image size, use ur feeling
add new layer, set blending mode multiply, brush like picture below
finish, look at layer position
its so simple.
