you can use this trick for typography style, tribal face, vector, etc.

selection a girl face

pres CTRL+J (copy layer)setelah melakukan seleksi gandakan layer

and create new layer >brush ( A ) buat layer baru brush bulat bulat / circle di layer tersebut

create new layer again >brush ( B ) buat layer baru lagi brus lagi

create new layer again > brush ( C ) ulangi seperti layer A dan B

im using circle brush

you can change it with tribal or abstrack font
selain brush circle anda bisa menggunakan brush tribal atau floral atau font

how to brush?? you can look at the picture below

select brush layer (A) hold CTRL and click.

click layer (copy layer) pres CTRL+J

repeat it for layer brus (B) and (C)

last step

delete layer brush (A) (B) (C) and (copy layer)

 drop shadow in remaining layer.

fill backgroun using gradient tool

merge layer or flatren image.

CTRL+SHIFT+U (desaturate image or black white picture)

finish

use ur imagination for better finishing
