show ruler pres CTRL+R click ruler hold and move to right side for create ruler line. look at picture above
use pentool click shape and create coloum. look at picture above
active layer shape and use text tool and click on shape, write your word. look at picture above
its easy, right?... you can do it. use text menu for setting paragraph.
