photosop manipulation tutorial lady water
im not telling you step by step, but only concept and trick "how to?", about size and setting, use ur feeling.
im not good in manipulation, i just wanna share my experience. altough this isnt perfect as you see. :P

selection frame and copy "its not important, u can skip this step" but why i do it? just because i like to do that
copy layer CTRL+J set lever CTRL+L more bright and backgroun level more dark, masking layer light.
selection layer lady, move and maskiing as picture below
add or inser splash stock set blending mode multiply and set color hue saturation pres CTRL+U
add splash 2, and brush for fill under water colour.
add long wave stock, erase unwanted long wave layer.
add gradient map. look at picture below. how too add? Do you see the black white circle at the bottom layer? yes.. click and chose gradient map
add layer curves
add layer selective colour
add layer photo filter
group all layer, select al layer then pres CTRL+G " its not important too, i just like creating group :P that looks neat." and merge visible layer pres CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E
ok now you have layer merge
recolor sky and water CTRL+J layer merge and set saturation CTRL+U or use brush brush tool look at picture below
set blending mode wave soft light and sky normal but setting opacity 30-50% use ur feeling
zoom picture 200% picture color on the frame is not match and look at the sky, too much noise
merge visible again pres CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E and reduce noise. FILTER > NOISE > REDUCE NOISE

erase as picture below
look at picture below the final image. its not perfect, so far from perfect
I still find it lacking.
