if you seriously want to make it, so you have to be patient. because patience is the key to finish this tutorial. dont give up to practice, if you are customary then everything will be easy.

 

i'll try explain it easily

 

pentool how to create hair.

pentool have 2 option, shape and patch

shape = cerate vector mask

patch = line

 

1. patch / line tutorial

create new layer follow intruction below

red >pentool >patch>add>layer 1

create line - hold ctrl click anywhere - create line 2 -and again

blue>brush>hardness setting

brush tool - right click - hardness 100% - size 6px

green>pentool>stroke option

back to pentool - right click - stroke patch - chose brush - mark simulate presure - ok

yellow>layer copy

copy layer pres ctrl J - move as you will

this is how to create shade and hilight on hair

2. shape tutorial

 look at picture below just follow it

i only use 3 option

create shape (create new shape), add shape (add other shame in same layer and same colour), subtract shape (delete part of shape)

we can shape the layer, as picture below , only use 1 layer

3. desaturate image CTRL+SHIFT+U or image adjustment desaturate

setting level CTRL+L

 

4 create layer group > invisible group > create face shape on group as picture below

 5. create dress shape

6. create hair shape

7. create flower shape

8. visible group > colouring by double click the colour on layer

add hilight and shading > blur layer

its only for beginer, fast and basic. u can add other detail for better finishing

9. create lips, eyes, nouse use thesame way

10. create hair shade and hilight

finishing add filter > pixelate > colour halftone on layer desaturate and set position layer to top and set blending mode softlight or multiply
