create line using pentool. look at picture below

click brush tool, click sub menu brush > asorted brush > append

mark shape dynamics, unmark smoothing, and click brush tip shape > unmark spacing or set 0%

 click pen tool > right click on layer > stroke patch

 mark simulate pressure

 FX > outer glow and inner shadow

create line 1

copy layer pres CTRL+J

transform CTRL+T and move down ( look at picture bellow) and pres ENTER

copy layer following last transform, hold CTRL+SHIFT+ALT pres T,T,T,T,T,T and realese
click top layer, hold SHIFT and click bottom layer nad merge down pres CTRL+E
