-text tool

 selection image ( look at picture above) and copy twice pres CTRL+J 2x

 desatureate layer 2 pres CTRL+SHIFT+U and set level pres CTRL+L (look at picture above)

  create text layer (look at picture above)

copy selection
hold CTRL, click layer text, release (making selection)
active layer 2 copy and pres CTRL+J (copy selection layer)
now you have layer face, erase on the hair, look at picture above

finishing. create new layer brush using font abstract, blending option gradient overlay, set opacity 75%

merge visible layer pres CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E
