1. selection layer 1 using pentool

2. copy selection layer CTRL+J (layer 2 or layer 1 copy)

3. Erase layer 1 using stamp tool and healing brush

4. selection layer 2 using pentool as picture below and copy that CTRL+J (layer 3)

5. again, selection layer 1 using pentool nad CTRL+J (layer 4)

6. Look at picture below for layer position, press CTRL+L (level setting) on layer 4 as picture below

7. add layer cable (layer 5)

finishing

merge visible layer CTRL+SHIF+ALT+E and copy CTRL J
gausian blur layer copy set blending mode softlight

add new layer fill with black set blending mode screen

add filter > render > lensflare

finish
